The Property Manager Jennifer is very unprofessional, uncaring, does not communicate well and does not care about her residents. Mold was reported in the apartment and corporate had to be contacted just for it to be resolved. Jennifer has a poor attitude and did not notify my Aunt (a current resident) that the work would take 5 days. Jennifer is ok with kids sleeping on the floor for 5 days without properly communicating to my Aunt. We do not know the extent of any health damages due to this.

My family and I have lived here for while, my mother still lives there. The staff and maintenance have been wonderful and friendly. This place has easy access to public transportation as well as shopping. I couldn't pick better place for my mother to live.

My family and I have lived here for more than 20 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance and the office staffs are amazing always.The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the area kept clean. We are extremely pleased living here.

I loved living here. The staff was caring and kept maintenance issues to a minimum. The property is exceptionally well managed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It's a quiet location conveniently located to all DC amenities. It's a bargain. The electricity can be expensive, but for many, there are grants and subsidies to offset the costs. Look into them, and do not switch to an alternate provider other than Pepco. Enjoy living here. I did. Thank you for more than 3 good years.
