This apartment complex is worst than living in the projects. Trash in the parking lot, dirty stairways, roach/mice infestation, non working appliances and the list goes on. The staff in the leasing office need training on how to speak to residents, specifically Lapria Manning. She is rude, very condescending and unwilling to assist with my concerns . My experience here has been extremely unpleasant. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I pray the county does something about this horrible living situation.

Terrible management. Mishandling tenants paperwork. Car insurance, state IDs, ss# all mixed together and even on the floor all over leasing office. Went to retrieve my documents to find they lost it and I was asked to help them go through everyone elses info to see if I could find mine. After 10 minutes of being disrespected by the assistant manager about my document and my car being vandalized in the parking lot ( which they seem to be aware of before I mentioned) my info was found stuffed in a corner. FYI record every interaction cause they are illegal. Zero stars

I let this review completely slip my mind, but I was reminded by the multiple calls from debt collectors (even after repeatedly asking the leasing office how much we would owe if we broke our lease, wayyy before actually moving out) because no one in the leasing office could give us a dollar amount smh I’m going to spare you the details of my experience and just advise you, “DO NOT MOVE INTO THE CENTRE”, just find another complex. There are roaches, the leasing office is unorganized, people enter your apartment with no warning and work orders go months without being tended to…just don’t do it. There are other places in the area that are nicer for the same price (try Arcadian apartments around the corner…I loved them!). My boyfriend and I broke the lease after 6 months and bought a house because of our experience.

I have been in this apartment for almost a month now and they're not give me mail box keys and I told them that the fridge don't have boor shelf bin. No body is said anything to me
