Extremely hard to find! small parking lot & claustrophobic office but the staff seemed to know what they're doing

Great first visit. Explained everything - fortunately I didn't have a complicated case. Everyone there was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable.

A great place to work at! Great experienced, professional physicians and staff. New facilities, state of the art at Dallas and Fort Worth.

Your front desk is HIGHLY incompetent. Took an hour to be called back. I would have been called back on time had I been told to hand back the paperwork. Otherwise they thought I was still filling it out. When asked what the delay was (mind you, paperwork wasn’t mentioned) I was told Dr. Ram was running late and NOT in the office. When I was called back, I asked the nurse the status of Dr and apparently he was NOT running late and was in office. I was blatantly lied to by your front desk. I need to see Dr. Ram. Otherwise I wouldn’t come to this place.

From my experience with an specialist you usually have to be referred by another Dr and have some type of documented results showing something wrong. Most Infection Disease Dr will not take you as a new pt with out proof of infection. If you feel like something wrong I suggest go to your primary get test done or to local ER. Also if you do happen to get that referral Tarrant County Infection Disease is the best place in fort worth under Dr Barbaro
I'm not sure, but they work closely with the AIDS Outreach Center who does have caseworkers who can navigate for you. You should contact them.
