Thank you thank you thank you!!!! My 40+ year old Cusinart food processor will now outlive me!! You not only had the parts to replace my old cracked work bowl at a fair price but you were wonderful to talk with on the phone, you knew your product and you shipped it immediately!! I couldn’t be happier! Cusinart told me not to buy parts from a 3rd party, that Cusinart is not making the parts and I should just buy a new one for $300 that would last 2 years before the motor died. Mine is still running like a champ and will for many years. Cusinart Inc can kiss my grits! Love you guys!

Was looking for oven racks, which are surprisingly hard to find. A local store was charging $117 for the same racks that I purchased from Seneca River Trading for $48. The salesperson with whome I spoke was knowledgeable and shipping was fast and free. The item was exactly what I needed.

Hi, I need to return Order# SO429284, it’s a gasket for a freezer but it is not adhering well. The magnets are not strong enough. Who pays the return shipp8nf. Thank you, Susan
I am sorry for your experience. I did consult with our team member and after investigating your situation we did see that our team member did try to explain that you had actually ordered this item from someone else who then ordered it from us to drop ship to you. Unfortunately as you paid this third party vendor you would need to contact them for a refund as we do not have any of your payment information. What we have is the payment information for that third party vendor so it would not be you personally who would receive the refund. We did offer to send a replacement, but you made us aware that you had already ordered a replacement. I would strongly suggest contacting the vendor you ordered our item from and request a refund from them. Again I do apologize for this inconvenience.
