I received a burnt calzone that I did not order the Manger was very nasty and told me that a calzome is same as Stromboli now I do know the difference it was also burnt never again

I should of just read the reviews before wasting money. The pizza was doughy and mozzarella sticks tasted like they had freezer burn on them. Never again Pat's 🤢🤮

DO NOT HAND ANYONE HERE YOUR BANK CARD!!!! We have eaten here once a week or more for 5 years and the food is usually pretty good. THE PROBLEM is SOMEONE here stole my husband's card numbers TWICE! I noticed an Amazon Prime membership payment on our bank account. I called the bank and they confirmed his card was the one that was used and cancelled it. I checked the transaction history and the only establishment the card was used where they take the card (in the drive-thru) was Pat's. Every other transaction was performed with his hands. My husband assumed the problem was when you call in and give them your card number and we couldn't prove they actually took it. He only had his new card for a couple weeks and ha barely used it at all, other than handing it to the cashier at Pat's who disappears with it and comes back So, we ordered again this past Friday. My husband paid with a new card with new numbers in the drive thru. Monday, today, I noticed another amazon charge. He called the bank and it was on his new card. The same day Pat's charged our account the prime membership was charged. I looked at the one from last month and it was the SAME THING! Pat's charge, amazon charge. Management needs to check cameras.

I order wings every week. I have problems with RUDE workers on the phone. This week was the last time. Starting next week Ill get my wings from some where else. Get rid of the RUDE phone workers or train them how to be polite and courteous.
