I will say a few things about 146 Auto Sales. My experience was nothing but positive. I bought a Jeep a few days ago and Jay in sales was great. The loan process was easy and quick. I've had bad experiences before with dealerships playing games, but there were none here. The transition with insurance and registering went smooth. Took a little longer with the reg but that's the state of Massachusetts RMV for you. The only minor issue was inspection in Mass. The Jeep failed for the left front hub. I called that day and talked with Jim in service. They told me to come right away and they would fix my issue. Within 3 hours the Jeep was fixed and I was back in Mass getting the inspection and it passed no issues. People can pick anything apart with any service or sale you get but the people at 146 were nothing but professional and stood by their sales. From all the girls at the service counters to Jay in sales and Jim in service they did their job and then went way beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied. Thank you ! All the reviews I read that were negative do not reflect the positive experience I had. I would definitely go there again if I was looking for another vehicle.

We bought a 2016 jeep wrangler it’s been in and out of the shop forever . now I need a full tune up Car is overheating needs a spark plug car is misfiring. And all this after the one month warranty is over . bought the car three months ago and I really did ask them if they did all the service they said yes , that’s a lie!!! it hasn’t even been three months yet and I need a whole tuneup . Yeah stay away from this place they really do take advantage of the Customers . DONT DO IT !!

Not only do I love my car, I love my payments! I am rebuilding my credit and was unsure if I would get approved. David obtained an awesome rate for me and I was thrilled! I was looking for the perfect truck and this place has a ton of very nice trucks. The thing I liked was that it is all family owned and operated and you can tell they take the time to go through all the vehicles thoroughly before they put them on the lot. Most dealers I looked at basically took the trucks off auction, inspected them, and threw them on the lot. You could tell most of the vehicles at Rt 146 had anything necessary replaced or repaired to new condition. We negotiated a price on the truck I liked, not a lot of pressure. Bought the truck and had a few issues. They addressed them all quickly. A few weeks after buying the truck I heard the manifold ticking and had an issue with steering. Due to my schedule I couldn't bring it in right away. Unfortunately, by the time I brought it in the 30 day warranty was over to cover the manifold (My extended warranty covered the steering issue, but not the exhaust). At first they said that they couldn't cover the manifold because it was outside the 30 days so I told them just to fix the steering issue. I received a call back the next day saying they would go ahead and take care of the Manifold because they wanted to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. I thoroughly appreciate integrity when I experience it and feel like I am always treated fairly when I come to this dealership. They have gone out of their way to make sure I am happy. I highly recommend you buy your next vehicle here!
