Told me I need brake shoes and my car will pass inspection, I paid 308 for the break shoes and it failed inspection because of an evap and an o2 sensor was extremely rude and said he didn’t care about my car or anything about it after having

I went in today 7/17 for an oil change and inspection. I mixed up the dates and my appointment was actually for Monday, 7/18 for 10 am. My inspection is due Monday, so I was going to try to call a couple places, right in the parking lot, to see if they’d take me today. After saying that to the gentleman he was extremely rude and cancelled my entire appointment on Monday, even though I asked him not to twice. That’s something I still needed. I’ve been coming to this location for years. I will no longer be doing business here.

Car didn't get looked at until 5 hours after the appointment time, then cost twice what everyone else charges. $600 for just front brakes is robbery.

It took 2.5 hours to do an oil change. When I picked my car up, the interior was covered in oil. The steering wheel, the door, and the window control. I have a 2021 and I am pretty disgusted how dirty they returned by brand new car to me. It took three car wipes to get the oil off the steering wheel, and you can see the oil smeared on the door handle. I would not return there for service.

It depends on if they have time to do it or not. Some days you can walk in and get a spot and some days are fully booked it just depends🤷♀️
Take tire off, Unbolt calipers and pull pads off. With a big c clamp and a small peice of wood, push in the caliper pistons. Now put new pads in, slide caliper into place and reboot them. Now with some help, you have to bleed the brakes. Use a Cresent wrench and loosen the bleeder nuts. Have your help pump the brakes and then hold down to the floor. Tighten up the bleeder nuts and check brake action. Do this on both sides of the vehicle. If needed do the process again on both sides, this assure that the brake action is correct

2-5 years, maybe longer depending on the battery and the climate.
Your best bet will be to call and ask. Or ask on their website. You most likely won't get an answer here from a staff member.
the people who write information here are just people who have done some kind of business with firestone. The question you asked could only be answered by firestone employees. good luck!
