Moved in October 2020, lived here for 10 months, and this was a great development for me as this was the first ever apartment complex I moved to. The worst things I can say are that the buildings are on the older side, and occasionally you can hear your neighbors, but that's honestly it. The people of this community generally keep to themselves and are mindful of one another as they go about their daily business, the units themselves are spacious and well maintained, and most importantly, the property manager, Danielle, is a very agreeable person to work with. She walked me through the process of finding a unit, moving in, addressing any service requests, and moving out with warmth and professionalism. For my unit, she had new appliances installed even though I was originally only a 6 month lease signer, brand new carpet, and updated kitchen floors/counters. She hosted little events and challenges every now and then (I won a few!), she released monthly bulletins summarizing the news of the property, and if ever there's a moment where she has it in her power to make your life easier, she will do it. A lesser property manager would have made me think twice about applying here, but Danielle made me feel assured the entire time that I was getting a fair deal for my money. For the location and space of these units, Cedarwood is a very solid choice. I had to leave to move closer to work, but I'm definitely glad I chose this community for the past 10 months.

Nice apartment but needs the air filters to lower the odor in the building. It is sensitive if this is your first time to get to the apartment. Once you open the central door the odor will change your mind to stay. Management team has to review the sanitation of the place.
