Been here for about 5 years. Has room for improvement but is and overall nice place. Be ware of tree sap though! Also be ware of the maintenance guy named Mark. He showed himself to not work well under pressure and lack professionalism during stress, but the other members of the maintenance team are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Property management (I'll call her DD) works with the tenants very well. Good size apartments and a generally quiet community (every apt complex will have a noisy neighbor or two). In the area, I've move around a lot over the years, this is one of the best natural environments I've found. Price inflation due to COVID19 has had an impact on units; overall the market value of apartment living has skyrocketed; but I still recommend. Dog friendly, community orientated, "COVID19 <Fair" market Value> competitive. Recently found to be under new management so I hope they maintain this standing at the minimal. I update semiannually so stay tuned!

The guy in the management office is really rude. He yell at you and act strictly like if he was a president of something! Calm down! I could’ve spoken to you in the same tone but I realized it wasn’t worth it! God help those who are living at that apt complex.

You can definitely find a better apartment without trying very hard. I would not recommend Pine Brook. They just want your money. They have a ton of issues as well. Bug infestation, sprickets everywhere. Mold. Place falling apart. Paper thin walls. Snake inside our apartment. This was the worst place I've ever lived, hands down. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live.
