Stay away from Marrows Court! This place has people from the other neighborhood stealing packages off the residents porches. There was a shooting right on the back porch of these homes, (yellow crime tape and all) and there is always noisy teenagers playing in the street during the night. These are low income housing for seniors and people with disabilities. The landscape is kept up just like any other rental property. However, it’s one block away from a trashy neighborhood. It’s ok if you don’t mind living next to the hood. Just don’t drive or walk towards that area. It doesn’t look safe. Also, keep in mind that you can always call the police department to verify this information.

This place and the Carleton Court Apartmens have the same office manager/ secretary. She is rude, mean and nasty. Forget being on a waiting list and look elsewhere. She looks like the type that’ll put whoever she wants in these apartments first.
