I'm hoping to get a call soon. I just dropped off a recertification on Friday! Apt sizes are very nice!

This was my first apartment and for the most part I loved it. The pros outweigh the cons in my opinion. I wish I never left. The Pros: - Flexible Rent: The stress of eviction is lessened by living here because if you ever lose your job/income you can just have your rent adjusted. The rental rate is based on your income and other financial obligations like daycare. - The apartments are very spacious and updated. I had a two bedroom and there were walk in closets in both rooms. My cousin has a four bedroom and two bathrooms. She didn't have the walk in closets like me but the two bathrooms made up for it. The Cons: - The office does not answer the phone but you can just go there in person. - Some of the people in the neighborhood are rough but that comes with living in low income housing. - The cops sit in the neighborhood often. It's intimidating but I guess they keep things safe. - The walls are thin but that's the case in most apartments. - There is carpet in the bedrooms only. The rest of the apartment has this terrible tile but it can be spruced up.

So, I got my phone call to move in. I did all my paperwork that needed to be done. I was told that I would have my apartment by a certain date, I didn't. Then i was finally given a date to move in, and right before I was supposed to move in I was called and told I couldnt move in and had to wait. They told me I had to wait because of am emergency transfer. I guess me being homeless with 3 kids wasn't an emergency to Ms. Jackson π€·π½ββ Anyway I called several times to see how long it would be until I could move in and i was ignored. I'm fact Ms. Jackson answered and then hung up on me π nobody moved into that apartment that was taken from me until a MONTH after they told me they had an emergency transfer. Now thankfully for my sister who also lives at these apartments, I've been staying with her. The neighbors are impossible! I have a 1 year old and they bang when he walks and yells up through the floor cursing. Because of these neighbors and their lies my sister has been evicted over a dispute they started. The children out here are ghetto and severely disrespectful...these apartments are the perfect example of the ghetto. Don't waste your time even applying. Ms. Jackson the property manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.....over this place

They are nice apartments! You have to apply and it will take a few years. The most 5 years. If I were you I take a two bedroom. Itβs according to your income. You will pay the same for 1 bedroom. π€
Not that I know of. They have a waiting list of 2 years. They have been taken over by another company and are now called Clayton Court. They might have it. Now they have applications on the outside of the door of the office. U can pick one up any day of the week right outside the door. Have someone stamp it when u drop it off even if it is same day
Up to 4br
The rent is usually a 3rd of your income. So maybe around $120.
