Beware!!!! Do not move here the rental office is in partnership with the vehicle vandalisers, over 50 apartments no surveillance no security , and alcoholic workers walking the property! You or or venue will not be safe in this community ! The office is now begging me to remove my review ill remove it when the community is alerted of vandalism and something is done to protect the tenants and deter crime ! Beware!!!! Do not consider this property at the time of asking for this to be removed a courtesy email has still not been sent ! The manager responded to this but has yet to inform 50+ buildings filled with tenants to be on alert of theft and vandalism the time it took to respond to this should have been used to try and protect or create a safer environment for your property that your poorly managing

Don’t even bother the sewer systems are so old that back ups happen way to often what I mean by that is the bathtub will have raw sewage In it . Staff is a joke and u have to pay to do laundry and they never clean the laundry Machine Very unprofessional.

I’ve only been here for a couple of months and I’m very unsatisfied with the staff and how they operate.. I misplaced my pool pass for me and my toddler and I was told by someone in the office that I had to pay $125 for replacement pool pass.. Thank God I found it … But that is outrageous to charge tenants … I’m so angry that I did a 2 year lease here and for tenants to get treated like this it’s horrible but I’m going to make the best of it and by the Grace of god the months will go fast and I’ll be outta here…
