Recently moved from these townhome apartments and I’m telling you to RUN! Don’t move there! The apartments are basically old and run down with a face lift. Throughout my time staying there I’ve had multiple issues with plumbing, water leaks, bugs, appliances, and the overall condition of the apartment. Everything is old and outdated! Soon after moving in I noticed everything that glitters wasn’t gold. The painting over things and covering things up looks terrible. And maintenance is a joke at best. Literally people doing patch jobs and never really fixing the root of the issues. Be sure to put plastic over your windows in the winter or you’ll freeze to death and your electric bill will be high as hell. The added rules and regulations and towing are ridiculous as well not including the fact that the rent increases recently were insane and not worth it. It’s clearly all about the money for them. Parking is also TRASH there. You literally have to fight for a space because there are more residents than parking spaces. And they like to steal money from your deposit. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Actually… I would cause it’s HELL. The best thing there was my amazingly friendly neighbors. Glad I left.

Would not recommend moving here due to the new towing policy. If you don't get a guest pass your friends and families cars will be towed. We pay almost two grand a month and can't even have friends and family over last minute?? Once the leasing office closes at 5pm don't plan on having any visitors over since you can't get a parking pass once the office is closed. Basically if my sister is in the area and wants to come by for a last minute visit/dinner then her car will get towed since I can't get a guest pass. The towing company does several sweeps through the neighborhood every night. We've had two guest cars towed who came over for a quick dinner and games and we learned our lesson that they take the cars quick - they weren't even parked for a full hour before they were taken. I can't even have friends over for dinner at my own apartment?? This is insane - do better and get a different tow company that isn't so grimey.

Been here for 7 years, awesome place ! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of space and excellent property management. I've recently submitted a few tickets to fix up the place. Rudy and Troy are wizards and will fix any of your issues in no time ! Truly couldn't ask for anything else, could give more stars if I could.

Nothing is allowed outside! No grills, no bikes, no furniture! Wouldn’t be that big of a problem if there was any meaningful storage in the townhouse, but there isn’t. We have to keep our grill in our bathroom closet. It looks abandoned now. Every house is the same. They keep adding rules but keep jacking up the rent.
