Please pay attention to the 1 and 2 star reviews. The pictures on the website do not represent what you actually get at the hotel. When we booked, I was so excited to be able to relax at what I thought was going to be such a beautiful resort right on the beach. As soon as I got on the rickety, old elevator to go to the room, I knew that we had been deceived. We booked an ocean view room with a balcony and as soon as we walked in, we walked back out and requested a different room. The hotel was dated, the rooms are basically motel rooms, and the air in the room felt damp and dirty. I knew we weren’t going to be able to relax there. We were then placed in a standard ocean view room which was a little bit better but, overall, the stay was disappointing. The food and drinks were way overpriced.. the elevators were extremely slow and were a running joke amongst the guests.. the air in the building and room was very damp and uncomfortable due to the faulty air conditioning.. the hotel was pretty old and looked like it.. the main pool was surprisingly smaller than the pictures portrayed.. you have to request housekeeping a day in advance which we were not told upfront.. one of the restaurants was hardly ever open.. also, you are not told about the daily resort fee until it’s time for you to get your deposit back (which your deposit will be used for).. we didn’t drive but there is also a DAILY parking fee to park your car (it looks like a one-time fee but it’s per day, FYI).. I felt tricked. The resort is certainly not worth the amount of money that they charge. I felt stuck and it put a damper on my trip during the first two days. We had an extra day in Fort Lauderdale and decided to book at a different resort which was a much better experience. If you have the $300-600 that B Ocean is going to charge per night (plus resort fees and parking and insane food/drink costs) just go to The W, The Hilton, or somewhere else that makes sense for the money. I will not book there ever again and I find it really upsetting that people spend their hard-earned money, take off from work, and expect a 4-star experience to basically end up at a beach side motel. The staff was great and I didn’t have an issue with them. It’s really not their fault. I feel bad that, based on these reviews, they probably deal with quite a few disgruntled guests. The staff and the guests deserve better.

Stayed here for a long weekend. It was perfect for what we wanted, which was to lay on the beach and hang at the pool. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Prices are what you would expect for a beach resort We did not use the cleaning service other than to request more towels, which we got. The bathroom was decent. It was clean so that wasn't an issue. The shower, however, does not have a door or curtain. There is a half glass wall so the floor is sopping wet just outside of it. That is really my only complaint. Gratuity is included at all restaurant/bars/service stations so be mindful of that. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so again someday soon.

Our stay was great until our last night when we were awoken by several gun shots and witnessed a dead body in the parking lot next to the main part of the resort (I have a video recording of the police and then me gasping at the site of a dead body). Thankfully this happened while out two children were sleeping and we were inside. When we mentioned this to the front desk at check out her response seemed as if it happened frequently, it was something along the lines of “yeah thats what happened.” Makes me uneasy on a return trip in the future, or even recommending to friends, especially with children. It happened probably 50 yards from the resorts outdoor restaurant, in the public beach parking lot. Very scary! Other than that major incident, the pool is nice and heated. Valet was the best service. They seemed to lack in beach service. Only one gentleman working the beach area, which Chris was great!! It just took awhile to get things as he tried his best to get everyone their order and as quickly as he was able to running back and forth, in the sand at that. They should have had two people working or a better system for him to communicate orders back to the bar. We weren’t really given clear prices or info on the beach seating, when we asked if we could sit in any of the seats on the beach, when we chose a seat next to a umbrella to cover the young children from the sun while we enjoyed it a gentleman came up and said if we wanted the umbrella it is x amount. It was also a little frustrating when we had four people staying in our room and was only allowed 2 beach towels (or 2 chairs, which wasn’t a huge issue because the kids played in the sand) and later we rented a cabana so the kids could nap.

This is a very nice hotel, I would not call it a. Ocean access with a beautiful beach. There are not many amenities, a medium blend coffee was $4.00 for a small cup, don’t worry because the 18% Gratuity is added to EVERYTHING you order. Beautiful beach view with dirty windows and a shower without water pressure. You Conveniently get charged a $45.00 A DAY parking fee on top of room pricing.

Thats how they get you. There is ouboic parking nearby tyats about a 10 minute wait or lots over 17th st causeway bridge but I find it just pays to uber and not rent a car at all.
Self parking $35 + tax, valet parking $39 + tax
Call the hotel directly. They speak Spanish. Best recommendation ....
It costs $ 37 a day. I suggest calling the hotel reception to confirm.
Was just there. Yes. Just no glass containers.
No, but there are several very affordable breakfast restaurants within walking distance (3 blocks area)
