RV sites are really close together. My slide out would touch the person next to me if they had one. You literally face your neighbor when you come out the door. The dump and water hookups are all positioned in different places. Also because they charge for electric when you stay for a month I got a wall unit A/C for my Fifth Wheel to conserve on electric instead of using the main A/C which draws 30amps and they put a eviction notice on my door. Then said I had to fix it or leave. After all that which my monthly rent would have been non refundable to me, my electric bill was over a hundred dollars for my 30ft R/V Fifth Wheel. I repositioned the A/C and continued using the small one and I do not understand how my electric was over $100.00.

Keep in mind this is an RV park that is right within the city of Fort Lauderdale, so don’t expect endless amounts of sprawling outdoor space as you are again, in the middle of a major metropolitan city. Most of the sites at this RV park are piggyback sites. Otherwise, this park is extremely nice and very well-kept during all of my visits here over the past two years and so convenient to where my friends live in Fort Lauderdale when I come to visit them.

Stayed here on the way to Sunshine Holiday Daytona. This is a mobile home park / RV park, 25 percent RV park and 75 percent mobile homes. It isn’t the tightest RV park that I’ve been but it is a bit close when you have two RV’s less than 5 ft from each other side to side. It is located off a pretty busy main road in a bit of rundown part of town. Some parts of the park look dated and some newer. It’s a good place to lay your head and rest for a couple days on the way to your next destination. Not the most fabulous Encore place we’ve stayed at.

Very narrow spaces, practically touching neighbors. All utilities are on the wrong side. Many permanent residents and most are unfriendly. Will not let you store your RV short term (1 week). We went on a cruise and had park reservations on both sides. We had to seek other options at the last minute, very stressful. They have a huge storage area, but won't let you use it unless you're a permanent resident.

Yes.
Is it mobile homes
I want to talk to someone in the park
Not sure, but I do see RV unoccupied for a while. Quite fussy though about clean surroundings and clean RV
Them only until something or someone gets really hurt.
Yeah but the campground sucks wouldnt Recommend someones dog was attacked by another dog and cops up in there every weekend.
You will need to call the office direct, there are so many possibilities to determine what your rent would be! Give them a call, super nice staff!

You'd have to call and ask.
I don't know you'll have to call them to ask
1 only spots are small but you can leave one over in guest parking
I lived there for 1 year couldn't wait to finish my year. 3 years ago it was $650/ month but must stay for 1 year for that price. Lots too crowded, employees not very friendly, they cater only to Canadians.
