This hotel customer service is excellent. Rafael and his staff made my family and I feel so welcome during our stay. It was nothing we ask for that wasn’t done asap. They made sure our room was cleaned and stock with towels daily. My room had a full kitchen stocked. You know how some hotels have full kitchens with one of everything? Not this kitchen I had 2 of everything and Cooking Utensils was also double. I was able to cook a full meal without having to wait and use the same pot or pan. They have a bar on gourds that play music you can dance and order food. My young adults love pool it was like being at the beach and the sand in their shoes confirmed that for me, I hate sand lol. They also have great security at the hotel. Great place to go with or without family.

Came to spend the weekend here for my birthday and had an amazing experience! Mari at the front desk was the best! She got us our room earlier than expected and was super friendly! The tiki bar is the best in town, the food is very good especially their pizza!! Everyone at the bar was excellent! Great service!! We met the bar manager Joseph and he was very accommodating to our group of about 25, he made sure my birthday celebration went as smooth as possible! He’s a great guy! Overall, my friends, family and myself all had a great time here and we will definitely be returning! Thanks for a great weekend!!

Not a 3 star hotel! The location, outside tiki bar, beach access, lovely foyer when walking in, and comfortable bed are great! Rooms are dumpy- furniture old and falling apart, walls with dangling caulk, doors that must be slammed in order to close, chipping paint and moldy, cracking walls... I say all this to clarify what I expect to NOT see in a 3 star hotel. Glad we had a balcony. We stayed out on that for the evening playing cards looking out at the entrance way of the hotel and city view. Additionally, we should have known it was spring break- the place was filled with young adults having a blast. We would have steered clear of that had we known.... We also saw reviews after booking that said the place had roaches. That really cast a shadow on the stay as well. Rest assured, I thoroughly looked about every minute or two! Our room did have the look of a place a roach would frequent but we didn't see anything! If the rooms were appropriate for the price, it would qualify for a 3 star hotel otherwise!

I didn’t stay at the resort but I rented a ocean front cabana for my family beach trip. I wish I could give it zero stars. The description says seating for six, by six they mean two chairs in side the cabana and outdoor seating with out an umbrella to escape the sun and heat. Had I know it was two seats indoors we would of never rented the cabana, and we would of just done the beach chair rentals since we would be seated in the sun but at least this way we would of had the umbrella. The cabana was small, the shower was disgusting. It was dirty and had the previous persons items left behind that was just trash that was never cleaned up. The service from The Tiki bar was beyond slow and the food was mediocre. I get they are busy but by the time they brought our drinks the ice had already melted in our drinks. We need up leaving after just a few hours here due to lack of space for all six of use. What was suppose to be a fun a beach day turned into a bad experience. We traveled over two hours to get here and would not recommend this location for cabana rentals to anyone. They also advertised updated cabanas and these were clearly not upgraded. For the amount we paid I feel taken advantage of.
