Can I just go to the bar without being I guess at the hotel

There are 2 bars there. One downstairs at the Tiki Bar & one in the Casa Calabria, the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor (great happy hour bar food here). Don't have to be a guest & you can save the parking fee by parking in the shopping center across the street
