This is definitely the place to book when visiting Fort Lauderdale and wanting to be on the beach. The view from the room was incredible, you could watch the sunrise beautifully. My mother and I had the 2 double bedroom, with living room space and oceanfront views. The double beds were small, the bedroom was small and didn't have much storage or wall outlets..I ended up turning off the clock to plug my own extender in. Bathroom was very spacious, no fan though. Living room/dining room/kitchen were just enough space for us but might be tight for a larger family. The furniture needs to be replaced, everyone mentions it. It has charm, but I sunk into the couch and could barely get out and the beds are too small. The bedroom window had to be covered at all times since the outsiders walking around can see right in. First night was quiet, second night you could hear the family next door in the connecting room. And when I say hear, I mean their whole convo, their laughs, their cries, their music being played, their toilet being flushed.. 4th night I could hear someone against my bedroom wall snoring very loudly. Walls are very thin and rooms are not as quiet as I thought. Location of this place is perfect if you're looking for space without it being crowded. Many amenities and restaurants on site. Beach is a walking distance away. They lock the doors in the one section we were at so we had to keep walking a further path around the hotel just to get to the room, it was tough especially with 4 suitcases. I will book again if I'm ever in the area. The pros outweigh the cons but figured it mention them for future reference for those that read these.

On our round trip, this resort had always been our last stop before we flew back and it was always pure relaxation for us here. We visited the hotel in 2018, 2019 & 2022 but...... A family hotel, but also suitable for couples to switch off. Assessment of 2019 The rooms are typically American, with a well-equipped kitchenette, and the air conditioning is not too loud. The outdoor area is great, the pool is great and the beach is right in front of the door. Loungers and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge. A nice bar is right between the pool and beach area. The rooms are getting old and should be renovated slowly. We have been there twice now and were generally satisfied. Free parking is possible here and a parking garage is also available. Assessment of 2022 We have been to Florida for the third time since 2018 and have visited various 2-4 star hotels on our round trip. These rooms have not changed for 4 years, typical American rooms (rustic furnishings) Unfortunately, nothing was modernized, which means the corona phase was not used effectively, which is a shame. In the room you have a well-equipped kitchenette where a relatively good coffee machine is even available, so the morning starts very well and the coffee is refilled every day, worthy of 5 stars. There is also a little cutlery, such as plates and glasses. The fridge also has a freezer, mega🤩 The rooms don't smell musty, but have a strange inherent smell when entering, but this is not critical now. The rooms and the bathroom are very spacious, the bathroom is modern, unfortunately there is still the classic hotel carpet here (could be a reason for the smell)😣 The air conditioning is not too loud. We initially had major problems with the WiFi in the room, but after checking twice, it works partially, but it kept dropping out, catastrophe, not worthy of 4 stars. Disappointingly there is no stable WiFi in the beach area, even near the Ocean Grill, a standard not worthy of 4 stars in this day and age. At that time the towels were all uniform (white with golden stripes) now there are various towels, so no longer uniform and some are stained and washed out, not worthy of 4 stars. The beach area is very wide, lying under palm trees, mega. It's a pity that the hotel doesn't take care that the seaweed on the beach area is removed in the morning, that ruins the flair a bit, not worthy of 4 stars. In Deerfield Beach, the algae on the hotel complex and pier were regularly removed. The pool area is mega, the resort has 2 pool areas, one pool (the smaller one) may only be entered by adults. Tennis, basketball, mini golf, table tennis, volleyball courts and a large chess field are available here. There is also a fitness room, which unfortunately is not up-to-date and not worthy of 4 stars. There is also a laundry room where washing and drying is free, washing powder is $1, top, worthy of 5 stars. We would not recommend room 369, there is a giant palm tree in front of the balcony, so the view is blocked and the WLAN is a disaster. After consultation with the management, we received a free upgrade, the view was better, but more importantly, the WiFi works very well here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff are very tidy and tried hard. For the year 2022, the hotel is not necessarily worthy of 4 stars. 4 stars are appropriate for the outdoor area A maximum of 3.5 stars are appropriate for indoor use, and the trend is falling. Something should happen here for this price range and star category. The current condition inside does not fit the price range and star category. This will be our last visit here. Maybe something will happen in the next few years.

Wow This is a fantastic hotel, located in an isolated spot by the Fort Lauderdale beach. Rooms & service are awesome ! You have the ocean front and the intercoastal just across the street.

There was no stove in the suite I stayed in. However, there are plates, cups, glasses to use, a sink, microwave and fridge.
Bar is definitely open and restaurant is open late. Can't get to a restaurant off-site without driving.
I would assume 11 am most hotels are that time but maybe call the front desk
They have free ones... but also umbrella w 2 chairs was 32.00 I believe.
Also, everything charges to your room, so no individual card or cash transactions.
No, but there is always an uber. Also, i would call the place. They might have one that comes by. Yiu won't regret staying there. It is lovely.
Thanks, does anyone know what the fee is to rent the ones with the umbrellas?
you need to call the house
No age restrictions that i saw posted so you are fine there. Good little center with the things Yami mentioned. Have fun!
Agree with others- pool and ocean will be beautiful in Sept. Our two bedroom suite did not have a kitchen. Had a sink, microwave and small fridge. I would call and request a kitchen specifically to make sure you can get one. It is a great resort.
Yes . The fees are different depending on if you are single or if you are a family etc. I believe you may have to have another member or something recommended for you but that may just be the LAuderdale Yacht Club. It is definitely worth the money to use it year round. Lived in Fort Lauderdale most of my life and it is a secret gem .
Have stayed there twice, the breakfast has not been included then but has been very good. There are no options within walking distance.
The suites on the north end of the property. The other rooms ha e huge single bathrooms. Won't ever stay anywhere else in town, we love the place. The staff is amaizing.
Not all inclusive but one of the nicest resorts I've ever stayed at. HIGHLY recommended!
I stay at this Holtel when ever I go to Florida. They have updated over the years. You will not be disappointed in the the location and the staff are outstanding. Everyone I think let's try a new place can't do it.I enjoy this Hotel so much.
