First and foremost the staff and coaches are AMAZING! The workouts are excellent as well; I’ve been going from most three months and have never had the same exact work out twice.

Great gym been going there for a couple years . Very clean gym , bathrooms are nice , they also have tanning and towel service which is a plus . Front desk and the other staff working there are very accommodating. They have lots of great equipment and always bringing in new machines .
