The Front Office Property Manager, Maggie was phenomenal. She checked me in and walked me to my room. I had a King Studio. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and it smelled great. My room was cleaned each day and fresh towels were provided. Any questions that I had about the area, Maggie was able to help. She recommended a rooftop lounge and restaurants. There are multiple swimming pools on site and the beach is less than 5 min walking (1 block away). The Front Office provided beach towels daily. There is another property located across the street called North Beach Hotel. There is a Cafe located at the North Beach Hotel called Village Cafe. The food was good. Guests have access to the pools and hot tubs at both hotels. The nearest CVS store was 15 min walking in the sun (6-7 blocks away). I purchased wine, water, snacks and souvenirs there. I went to clubs and bars in Las Olas and Downtown Fort Lauderdale on Nugent Avenue. I enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay again.

Positive: The Aqua Hotel was the perfect location--close to the beach, restaurants, and shops! The staff were amazing! They were super friendly and accommodating!

Good bedding, spacious bedroom, fairly large bathroom. Small flat, the cleanliness is not optimal. Came out of the shower with wet feet, they were black after a round trip to my suitcase at the entrance to the room. The swimming pool is also not always very clean, a lot of plants in it even though there was no wind during our 2 days of stay
