The process and service were very good. We had a little trouble with the remote entry of the Camry. You often had to be right on top of the car to unlock the doors, and then click multiple times. This should have been checked out before they released the car.

Yes, the shuttle busses run to the rental car center out front. Yes, you can drop off your rental anytime after/before business hours. Usually just park the vehicle in their lineup and leave the keys in the vehicle or a nearby dropbox.
Yeah it does. As long as you have a return flight ticket you will be ok. I used a prepaid as well. Greendot Walmart brand. I knew the agent was going to say something about the prepaid card so I had my flight itinerary ready for him. Once he saw my return ticket information I was handed the keys to my 2018 Cadillac. So do not worry about using a prepaid card as long as you have a return flight ticket everything will be okay. Enjoy your visit. I hope this helps. oh and by the way you do not have to worry about them putting a hold on more funds if you have a return ticket. Now if you don't you can expect to pay 25% more whichever is greater. But as long as you have a return flight ticket you don't have to worry about anything like that they would just charge you the price for the rental. And don't forget to make sure you fill it up before you return because I was charged an additional $25 because I did not want to miss my flight.

Yeah, they have 24/7 shuttle services. Dropped off my car around 5:30am and once I made my way to the shuttle area, waited only a couple minutes before being picked up.
It is outside of the airport. Be careful you watch the signs for enterprise. They have two or three car rentals and returns together.

I have never heard that before. I have never been asked if i have flown in when i pick up a car. Typically you don't have to input flying details if you are reserving. Any case, rental it is always better to reserve before hand. But, you will send to spend more money by renting at an airport location than an off location. Airport case rentals have additional fees. Just from my experiences in traveling for work.

The enterprise team will receive car and give you a receipt. You should have that receipt as a proof of returning the car. You can do one thing, just call them and confirm about returning the car because they will send the final receipt to you email as well.
