I had a representative named Shane. He was the best. He explained everything until he was sure we knew what was going on. Beside getting a phone Shane explained the AT&T television option. So we bought that to try it out. Please Give Shane a shout out!

The staff is short handed, but They still Go Above and Beyond to Help Everyone in a Courteous, timely manner. They are a great group of employees, and they really know their stuff. I visited this store for the 2nd week in a row, it’s always busy. After standing in there for a few minutes, someone came to take my name. I was told it would be about a 45 minute wait. As I waited, two men angrily walked out because they had been waiting so long. I sat, trying to be patient, as an hour went by. Someone approached me and said that sometimes things take a little longer. I was told to watch tv or go shopping. I went next door for a soda, and told them to make sure my name wasn’t removed cause I was next. I came back, and another man that had just walked in to trade in phones was being helped in my place. I waited, and waited, and waited. It was almost 2 hrs, still wasn’t helped. In the meantime, they would have been closing within the next 2 hours, and continued signing people in. I complained again, they seemed to be getting very irritated at this point. Still waiting as I listened to them trying to over sell things to a stroke victim in a wheelchair, I became very angry, and left. My experience was Horrible! I have purchased phones many times before in other places, it never took this long.
