Was not able to pick up my car because my flight arrived late and the car rental was already closed. I would suggest updating the website on when the place will be closed so that travellers with late flights can find other alternatives and don't get stranded. Wasn't a good experience at all. Lacking other rental vendors were still open and we were able to get a car

Very quick in and out, car was clean and had a full tank on pick up.

Dangerous people. The 2nd car they gave us had serious safety issues (low pressure tires, seat belts broken) and other minor issues (no windshield wiper fluid, etc). I say the 2nd because the 1st one had so many problems (trunk didn't open, lights didn't turn on) they had to change it. Also, they didn't honor their own voucher and we had to accept a smaller car than what we paid for -my son needed to be taken to a hospital and we couldn't waste more time discussing-. On top of that, the lady at the counter was extremely rude. This was our first and last time with Thrifty.
