Appt time 1:30pm. @ 1:45pm Seshwan tells me it will be "just a few more minutes." 2:17 he asks is I can come back at 4:30. After waiting almost 50 minutes....he says he doesn't have time to do a simple kids cut. I guess he has no regard for his clients, and is terrible at time management. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. Not to mention this is our second appt with Seshwan....and no joke....he did this the first time. I never would've guessed he would do it again. Our first appt was at noon 4 weeks ago and he pushed us until 4:30pm. So customers don't matter at this ulta salon I guess. Terribly rude. I'm disappointed, hopefully he learns professional manners as he ages. @ Seshwan how much time do you think a single parent has? Smh. We were polite, left a 80% tip, arrived early, What more can you ask for from us? Needless to say, don't waste your time at this Ulta salon. There are way too many Ultas and decent stylists around Dallas for this noise.
