This place is run by slum lords. Hot water goes out routinely. Maintenance requests get ignored completely. The foundations have shifted so much that the doors in the apartments either hit the floor and won't open or close and the front door won't lock correctly. The walk ways are covered in mud and anytime it rains they become an extremely dangerous slipping hazard. For your own safety and sanity do not move here!
