I have been living there for several years, the apartments are fine, there are no complaints about that, but in the last 2 years the security is very bad, they should put a camera in the parking lots, the thefts are increasing a lot in what goes from one week to three of my neighbors have stolen a bicycle from the balcony, including me, and the following week they opened my car, left it awful, they took what little I had, I made a report to the police. They do nothing to improve and they need to close the gates now because anyone can enter without any difficulty…. Now most of us are forced to install security cameras to feel a little safer, you can't live like this.

My children and I have been living at the Rosemont at Lakewest for a little over 2 years now and we have absolutely loved living here. Bella is always very helpful and always has been since the very first day even before we applied. Maintenance is always making sure the grounds are very well kept and the property is looking nice. We love living here 5 stars

I hate to do this but I'm frustrated at how they never answer the phone. I have literally had to physically go there to get assistance. I've been on the wait list for 2-3 years and by the time my current lease is up I never know where I stand on the waiting list with Rosemont at Lakewest. I'm still interested but I guess I'll have to make another trip up there to ask what my status is. I don't think they'll tell me more information so it's a waste of gas. It's a red flag because once I become a resident it will probably still be hard to get in touch.

@Paul Roy that's a good question where do Visitors Park when it's impossible for anyone to get a parking pass?

Roach infested. They don't exterminate and AC goes out and they won't fix right away. They will shop around for parts and nickel and dime any maintenance issues. No screens on windows. Gates NEVER work. They keep the pool closed. Constantly changing management. They will fine you and tow your car for the smallest things and there is not enough parking. I know many tenants who had the same issues, so I know it wasn't just my apartment.
