We just moved here less than two weeks ago, and after spending these past days scouring the surroundings, I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex. Everything is very clean (lease office, gym, hallways, mailroom) and it’s intuitive to move around. We’ve had no problems with our deliveries and the maintenance guys or the leasing office employees were very responsive and supportive about every little detail that we needed fixed or had questions about after the move-in date. Brad, the property manager, went above and beyond to have a little inconvenient fixed for me in a matter of days. We made a good decision moving here.

I recently scheduled a tour at this lovely apartment. I had a great experience with Cristian Garcia. He took his time to explain everything, answer all my questions, provided me floor plan printouts, then later called to see if I needed anything else. The apartment complex is new, clean, and stylish!!! I like that their reasonable prices on the bigger apartment units! Other apartments charged $200-$400 more per month. Nice place!

I experienced false advertising and I got ripped off, this is not a luxury property. This property has adopted a practice that can only be defined as a “bait and switch” sales tactic. Please keep in mind when visiting, the leasing agents are only looking to line their pockets. You will not get the value for what you will have to pay here, and there is absolutely no service recovery from management any time you have an issue. This property was recently purchased by a relatively new management company with no real experience in the industry. There are service awards/power rankings that are on display in the leasing office, but those were earned by the previous management company. Therefore, the current management is falsely advertising their success. This property was built with the sole intention of selling it, I witnessed the property being built and it was constructed as fast as possible with the cheapest materials. After living here almost two years now, the building is shifting, cracks everywhere in the walls, and the elevator has to be serviced regularly. The new property owners clearly inherited a loss and now they are price gouging potential and current residents to make up for it. Not only that, but they specifically look to take advantage of those they think will not be able to follow through with their lease. This new industry standard allows the property to let in less desire-able tenants who will eventually fall through on their obligations, locking in future profits for the property. Need more reasons to stay away? 1 Paper thin walls, your neighbors can hear everything you say in your apartment from the hall. 2 roaches in the garden, won’t be able to enjoy balcony 3 the trash chute is never cleaned so the halls smells like trash, and weed 4 many people complain of sewage smell coming from water pipes 5 the units are not energy efficient, sliding doors cause energy loss and high electricity bill 6 we pay $25 for trash valet, it’s never picked up and contributes to dirty carpets in the halls and further trashy smell 7 there is no security here, they’re always asleep in the car or just not here! 8 multiple car and apartment break-ins, too frequent, no resolution from management for months 9 having anything delivered, food or packages, is a nightmare. Delivery people hate our building and will leave your parcels in random areas because they can never get in 10 residents let their dogs pee and poo in the halls and stairwells

The prices since the new management has taken over is a bit ridiculous… price gouging in my opinion… new property owners are probably trying to cover their loss (the building is literally falling apart). This is not a luxury property and your unit is not worth the price they’re asking. If you can afford a $1,500 studio here, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, there are much nicer properties out there for less with better amenities.
