This apartment is new and looks nice but I believe the material they used to build it is all garbage... Parking garage gate is broken most of the time and sometime takes weeks to fix. Our ceiling had water leaking when it was raining and it happened to some other apartments as well. During the winter freezing in 2021 water heater was broken and it took them a month to fix it which means we had NO HOT WATER for that period of time... Apart from all of this even though you pay for the pest control, you still see big cockroaches inside the apartment and hallway. Keep all in mind if you are planning to rent an apartment here!

Worst living experience I’ve ever had. Walls are paper thin. You can hear every single step and conversation of the people around you and the people above you. I couldn’t sleep peacefully for one night ever. Ended up calling the cops on the upstairs people since there were fights breaking out and the leasing office barely did anything to comfort. I had videos to prove it and everything too. Had to check into a hotel for a night to get away since I didn’t feel safe at all. I’ve never felt so unsafe. The price is cheap but there’s a reason why. Ran as fast as I could the second my lease finally ended.
