Yes. It's a one way rental, will be much expensive than normal and for the distance you might be looking at close to thousand and more. Not sure about the Debit card since they want to ensure the incidentals are covered as well. As for the phone support, forget it. They are a large operation there and actually don't even have a phone am told. The operations for DFW and LUV are supported with a combined centralized phone customer service and it's very general information.
