I would agree with only hiking early morning or late evening when it's cooler. I would also warn about wildlife. I met up with a coyote at dusk one night. Didn't bother me or my dog but just be aware.

This trail does have a slight incline. It is paved, but you have to go on a dirt trail up a steep incline to get back to the waterfall. Beautiful petroglyphs to check out on the way.

Also the library and shop at the entrance are wheelchair accessible. But the rest of the trails are a bit strenuous and combined with the heat would make a wheelchair experience not too pleasant.

You could probably dip a hook in the few gallons of rain runoff caught under the 'waterfall'.. But the only thing living in that water is a ton of mosquito larvae.. Not safe for human consumption

It depends on what campground you stay at. Some have RV parking with water and electricity, others have a space for tents, others still are for RVs without any hookups. There is little shade at most campsites during the days.
