Yes, just outside the park is a very nice visitors center with plenty of parking.

Yes, they have a small museum and a gift shop. It is the library so you don't even need to pay the entrance fees to go.

You can go to library and visitors center without paying the park entrance fee as they are located together very near park entrance booth.

I believe the visitors center is up the hill after you pay your fee to enter the park with your vehicle. The library is at the base of the mountain. The individuals who take payment for entry to the park are very helpful. You can ask them when you get there!

Yes. Very helpful and knowledgable. Many different hiking trails and they can point you in the right direction depending on what you want to see.
