Everyone at the office is very nice, and Dr. Blackburn is great, however Abrazo's billing practices are unfair and inconsistent. My out of pocket at this office is almost double that of other doctor's offices (BCBS). I was also quoted one price at the office, and billed another. Also, If you go there for a wellness visit (which is typically 100% covered by insurance) beware that if you ask even one question about your health they'll code it as for a regular visit. After fighting with them we still ended up paying ~$150 because of a simple question about tennis elbow, an existing condition. I don't recommend this office, which is a shame because I think highly of Dr. Blackburn. Update: Dr. Blackburn has since left.

Got checked in by a woman who made it clear anyone who moves to the area should leave…right after I told her I’m new to the area. My doctor saw I’d had blood work done a couple months back and said I was fine even though I emphasized it was an ER visit and I didn’t get an explanation on the results. Got checked out by “Joyce” who was the icing on the cake and made it clear any question was a dumb one and that since she wasn’t in the room for the appointment I’d need to call with any questions. To be blunt, she was the human equivalent of a canker sore. Also, this was for establishing myself as a patient. We’re off to a great start folks.

I've been with this office for over a year and I enjoy having my PCP here. Great doctors, my mother's doctor is also here. The big problem I have is that they have so many patients that 1 appointment can take 6 weeks to get. If I have an issue they tell me they contact the doctor and double book my appointment onto someone else's appointment. I cant get seen when I need it and sometimes I don't feel comfortable using the patient portal for this issues. Which is horrible in my opinion, I think my doctor doesn't sleep at all because of this. WALK INS are NOT available at all. DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. I went in today because of an emergency room visit over the weekend to see if the doctor could see me and I was turned away with a half hearted "we'll leave a note for the doctor and see if he wants to see you." Also when I went in today, there was only 2 people waiting for their appointments and still wouldn't take me as a walk-in. I feel like this office has taken on more then they can handle and they have no way of fixing it.

I was trying to get established with them for a new PCP and they have canceled my appointment twice now. The 1st time I booked it was a month out then they called the day before and canceled moving my appointment another 6 weeks out but I agreed. Again they notified me that they had to cancel and to reschedule it was going to be another month. I'd rather find someone else then have a doctor constantly canceling appointments.
