Everyone from the male receptionist, to the doctor were extremely kind and made my mom feel comfortable. Dr. Donatien is awesome. He listened carefully and explained slowly and carefully so mom could understand. We will definitely return to Oak Street to get the services my mother needs!

First visit for my mom didn’t go well. She had a appointment and didn’t get seen because of WiFi issues. Front desks lady seemed upset and really wasn’t a help. Was suppose to have called my mom back to reschedule Never did. Very unprofessional. The Stone Mountain location is very horrible they have turned my mom away so many times. I give Erika a zero family use another location because the fill in doctors are more concern then this lady.
