This company is straight trash! In my neighborhood recycling is picked up ever other week. I set the cardboard aside as it would have made the top of the bin overflow. I set my trash and recycling out the night before as instructed by the company, recycling came around 8am and never took the cardboard bundled together in a separate cardboard box next to the bin. Trying to teach my kids the importance of recycling is just null and void. Now all the cardboard is in the trash waiting to be picked up. I don't have the room to store it for another 2 weeks. This company clearly doesn't care about recycling or setting a good example in the community. If I wanted to trash my recyclables I would have done so a week ago.

We have used Dependable for over a year and have never experienced one issue. They have never missed a pick up, they are very reasonably priced, and they even go above and beyond with customer service. We are very happy with them and highly recommend.

Place it in your toter or recycle bin for collection. It is a good practice to bag your newspapers in a brown bag bec/ it prevents blowing material on windy days. Hope this helps.

Yes but they are probably behind because of the weather. Also pickups are delayed by one day because of new years day on Monday.
One day later than normal pickup. For instance Christmas is monday so next week all pick ups will be pushed back one day. Monday pick up will be on tuesday, friday on Saturday ect...
