I dropped off my truck for an alignment. when Lonnie called he told me tech drove my truck and it pulled bad to the right. Funny I have driving my truck almost 25,000 never pulled just had tire wear. Tells me he will put it on the alignment machine. When picked up the invoice states-No alignment needed adjust tire pressure. What happen to the pull that was so bad? Even better the tires were 20LBS over inflated in the front and 10LBS under in the rear. I guess they just are not what the used to be and I will be going elsewhere for the proper alignment. I would not suggest the for alignments this is the 2 time they have done this to me . Poor service.

I have used the Schmid family for 25+ years. I would call Dianne and P.J. "business friends". Weather in the frame shop, body shop, or rust prevention, they have always been stellar in their trade. They are professional, courteous, attentive, and responsive,... which most shops struggle with today. I highly recommend anyone to call the Schmid family for any type of autobody, frame, and general maintenance/service. If it's something not in their expertise they will direct you to someone who is.
