You could probably dip a hook in the few gallons of rain runoff caught under the 'waterfall'.. But the only thing living in that water is a ton of mosquito larvae.. Not safe for human consumption

The White Tank Mountains do not have any bodies of water for fishing. There are trails, petroglyphs, camping sites, picnic areas and beautiful views but no fish.
