When I got home my BarBcue Brisket looked and tasted like I had gone to the Wrong Burns Bar-B-Cue Restaurant!! What happened? Please go back to your original way of cooking ur brisket...there is always hope!

Busy place. We went early. The food was good. We had gotten the 3 meat meal. Ribs chopped meat and sausage. Great taste. The sides were pretty good also. Loved the beans. Mac and cheese was alright. Will go back if we get a chance.

I had a two meal dinner with dirty rice and beans and chicken and ribs where's my meat the chicken was thoroughly overcooked and dried out completely the ribs were undercooked and tough as hell the rice had no flavor at all it's like they use the pack of rice for one pot and put it in 10 pots really the best thing I had on the menu was the burns water

I had heard nothing but good things in all my years of living in Houston never tried them some relatives came in from Chicago and Florida they wanted Texas brisket so of course I was excited to take them to the legend Burns BBQ, wrong I was never so disappointed,Brisket was so dry even the good tasting sauce could not help it,took 20 min.for the chicken sausage to get ready which never happen it was cold service along with the cold that happen to come into Houston oh well hope your experience is better then mine

That's not exactly a high standard but, yes, Burns is much better than Pappas. You'll find that Pappas Bbq is bland in comparison to the rich smokey flavor you get in the meat from Burns and other independently owned and operated BBQ joints in and around Houston.

Yes, they do smoked chicken. Whole chickens for 15 dollars. Not sure if they discount for multiples though.

This BBQ place is CRAZY busy!! Call very early in the morning or call the their Burn's Burger Place. It's next door and they aren't as busy and more likely to answer the phone.
Seafood dressing, started November 2. Prices verys. Time is the essence.
I would do it as soon as you can because they are very busy. They do a lot of funerals.
