I had a wonderful experience at Sacramento Mercedes-Benz showroom. Everything went smoothly. Natalie did a great job and was patient enough to answer all my questions. The price of the vehicle was fair and I was explained everything in detail. The dealership was neat and clean and everyone was professional and welcoming. Thanks to Natalie and Manveer Dhillon for going that extra mile and delivering the vehicle to my home even under unforeseen situations. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment. Got the appointment scheduled for Friday when I arrived on Friday they had no record of my appointment. The good thing is they still took me.

It means you should take it to the shop.

I would look online for a mobile key programmer ,mecedes of sac charges too much .by the way they are not honest on dealing with customers. I took my benz in for fluid service and they did not do all my fluids and then on top of that my car had new scratches on it and a power steering leak. They claim no responsibility for .
call them. they have it. or go online to partsgeek. com. they've got all the stuff...
Whoa.... expensive problem... usually piston ring problem or worn. Maybe a compression problem too. Gas from the cylinder leaks thru the sides past the pistons into the engine oil area. Usually for vehicles with an extra huge number of miles on the clock, not the newer ones. Get second opinion...
Usually for all cars, just go to the parts counter or service dept, show DL, provide VIN, show/prove ownership (DMV registration), and they can look it up
If you work with the Service department, they will need you to provide proof of ownership for the vehicle, then they can give you the code. Once you have the code it's a quick process to punch it in and get the radio working.
Don't you have road side assistance with MB included? They should be able to help you. Or call the service dept.
They are rebuilding and are open during construction. They have signage to help visitors get to the right place.
Take it back..

Make an appointment with the dealership, they should be able to fix it.
