Really tough to get hold of parts. Have been told that parts people are there. Being on hold for almost 30 minutes without even being asked to hold, is terrible. And still holding. 😣

never had this happen before. when you do get through tell them. they'll make changes if needed....

Very inept Parts Dept. They ignore orders and don't take calls.

It gets busy at times, but remember that they have just moved their parts building across the lot to the old Neilo building. They are some of the best parts people I have deleted with in 3 states. They will rectify this, I am sure.
