How do they screw up an order pretty often for it to be your first time going?? So confused. Normally, they make U check the plate before walking out...
I'm sorry about that, because I've not experienced that as of yet. They have a number you can call. Yet you should always check your order before you leave.
I picked up an order for an Uber Eats delivery. The parking is awful! Standing room only and a long ordering line. My assumption was, the food must be good for this place to have such a rotten location an yet be so busy. I would not even think of going there for myself. I would rather go to the Rib Tickler in Tomball. If Burns screws up your order, by the time they could fix it, you order would be cold. In my opinion.
Calling will not replace whatever is wrong so since they mess up you order so regularly, just tale it back and fix it, calling on a food order is a waste of time.
Just let them know so they can fix it.
