I would do it as soon as you can because they are very busy. They do a lot of funerals.

Place your order asap the follow up with regularity. Get a name and remember, this may be their daddy's bbq store but daddy doesn't run it, the heirs do. I've been eating Burns BBQ since th the 80s, not so much any more. I recommend Rudys for event planning. And on a personal note, the brisket is better at Rudys.
