Someone asked do they cater, and they said yes, you have to call to place order, but that can't be true because I been calling BURNS for two year's and I have yet to have them answer the phone for me

You are right they never answer the phone,I don't know why they list it,🤔🤔🤔

Yes..Sometimes you may not get an answer, but they do take orders by phone. My wife has gotten through plenty of times. That's usually how we place our order, but sometimes we have to walk it on in..lol

They do cater, but you have to go there to place your order in person. I would also put everything in writing & keep a copy of it. Make sure to note the name of person who took your order, date & time.....
