You can order a Brisket already cooked but you will have to call to see if they cook your brisket that u bought.

They probably won't cook a brisket you provide. There are too many health risks for that. You'd be looking at purchasing one of their smoked briskets instead. Of course the goal is to save money over buying their marked up meat and only pay for services. However I'm pretty sure it's a package deal.
