My tire went flat on my S- series’s Mercedes and my service advisor, Jack from Sacramento called Michael Daughty at Mercedes, Rocklin and he was amazing. They were able to get the tire fixed that same day. (I live in the Rocklin area) Outstanding customer service.!! Thanks to both service advisors who synergistically work together to get the problem fixed.

Please do not waste ur time or money with this dealership. They sold me a car that ended up with electrical problems (drive mode switch and AC light malfunction). I have only driven 11k miles since purchasing the car and was told my warranty expired one month ago. Now I am stuck with a $1800 bill to fix the wiring and completely replace my drive mode selector. You would think these “high end” car dealers u spend thousands with would atleast take care of it but I guess not. Now here I am with a $1800 bill of my own to get these failed lights fixed. Still in disbelief this isn’t covered somehow or someway. With that being said I definitely wish I spent my money elsewhere.
