I went to checkers on Monday for a Number 1 and a pick 2 but the pattys were dry over cooked all 3 sandwiches were made poorly and my daughter didnt want to eat it I took the food back but by me touching the food to show him how it was made he said that he couldn't help me cause I tantaed the food considering that I made it home & open the sandwich up I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT CHECKERS AGAIN AND I LIVE 1 BLOCK FROM IT

My experience was fine and Mr. Lewis was very knowledgeable and helpful. Yet I had to come back to exchange wireless headphones that I had purchased prior to today and the store was not open at 8:57am Tuesday. Hours I thought was 8am-9pm. Wtp?

Very incompetent employees. Need better trainers for better service. We were told one thing by one rep and something totally different when we came back by a different rep. Either their into fraud over there after asking for I.d. after providing a password to the account or they only can help you pay your bill. Nothing beyond that.
