Been here for more than 6 months, I feel secure, building well-maintained, clean. The managers and our maintenance are awesome team , makes us feel like family. Great communication . New renovated elevators and security parking lot gates and back fence are all made of steel.Noise level medium coz we're by a major street, Menaul. There are normal disturbances as in the city life.

Safe and comfortable place to live. Friendly staff and community. Top notch maintenance. Near Coronado mall and Albuquerque Uptown. Everything you need a walk away. Nearby great restaurants. Definitely recommend living here.

So far, so good! I've been here a week and everything has gone as smoothly as it could. I had a couple of maintenance requests, and everything was handled the day the work order was processed. It's a little pricey (no utilities included in rent) but it's a nice place to live in a nice neighborhood, so I think that's probably the payoff.Thank you for your feedback Jessica! We enjoy our Maintenance Staff and we are all here to serve our residents in any way that we can! We are thankful to have wonderful residents such as yourself!!
