Just moved into a 2 bed, 2 bath with my roommate a couple days ago and am enjoying it so far! Gabrielle at the office was so sweet and helped us out with everything we needed. Hot water works great and haven’t seen a single bug! Definitely worth considering if you want somewhere nice to live in Albuquerque on a budget.

I have been a resident Sedona Ridge Apartments for five years, there has been many changes since I moved here but one thing has always been consistent the maintenance workers courteous, helpful and always willing to provide service when needed. There is one maintenance worker in particular that has outshine all others that is Doug Shaffer the same as that he’s an all purpose person because I see him doing all sorts of things around the property he is consistent and proactive When it comes to his job, thank you Doug for all you do. I would also like to mention the office staff, I find that Amber the office manager is very responsive and her attitude seems to filter down to her subordinates I love this property the only complaint that I would have is that some of the residence make Sedona staff a little more difficult but not respecting the grounds, throwing trash near the dumpsters and not in them Other than that it’s a great place to live.

Garden Style apartment homes offer the convenience of a bill back system. This allows our residents to pay electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash directly to the Management Office. This eliminates the hassle of working with several different utility providers each month. Our fabulous Townhomes offer water, sewer, and trash through the bill back system as well. However, you will need to contact PNM and NM Gas to set up Electric and Gas services in your name prior to your scheduled move-in date.
Appointments are not required to tour our community; however, calling ahead can help ensure that we are available to provide ample time for your tour and to answer any questions that you may have. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to closing to allow for ample time for your tour.
