I have called The View ABQ my home away from home for the past 3 years. The place provided a friendly atmosphere all from 1,100 miles away. Also, the new management under Diamond Estates has already made the place even better in such a short amount of time. Some of my favorite things that they offer: -Tanning beds -Sauna and Steam Room -Cardio Gym and Weightlifting Room/Multi-purpose room -Dog Park & Wash station -Study Rooms -Gated Community with Security that is more present than ever -Each room came with a walk in closet -Each unit had a washer and dryer -Friendly front desk staff, better than the ones under previous managment -The managers on the property answer any questions in an unbelievable time Jenny and Nicole know what they're doing and regardless of all the bad reviews under the old management I highly recommend living here. Thank you The View ABQ for all the memories created there.

Great atmosphere, all the employees are friendly. They matched me with some good roommates, I love all the amenities that come with the place. Great place to live when starting out on your own

Like others have said, this is the worst living experience. I usually never leave bad reviews, but I will this time. Like another person mentioned, I was wrongfully towed in less than 24 hours DESPITE BEING A RESIDENT and having a scanner where visible which I was told by security should have been sufficient. Lots of other cars do not display their parking sticker, and yet I got towed and had to pay $250 to get it back. Reached out to management directly, but they basically said too bad. Oh and not to mention, they do not keep record of which cars are towed and it doesn’t matter if your car is registered in your resident account, they’ll still tow. If they care so much about protecting residents, maybe they should communicate better with each other and the residents. Maybe then I wouldn’t be waking up to gun shots, crazy parties, and of course if you haven’t heard from the news previously months ago, students BEING SHOT, another stabbed.

Simply disappointing!!! The TV service has not been fixed over two months and the staff do absolutely nothing about it. Internet is not stable. They are many complaints about their efficiency which I am in support since their performance has been trully poor. I believe you can find better places for similar prices. If I could I would just pick another place with better service.
