Just avoid this place. It looks nice on the outside but management is truly terrible. They raised the rent 30% in a year while unable to retain office and maintenance staff, people repeatedly steal mail from the mail room and unfortunately our box was hit, cars get broken into, homeless people wander around the complex, the list goes on. But to continue the list, it can take weeks for maintenance requests to be filled depending on what it is, the office is now closed Saturdays and reduced hours during the week so you literally have to take time off work to go if needed, the "security" that supposedly patrols at night is more concerned with ticketing cars for no reason (and leaving residue on the window that needs scraped off) than preventing mail theft, and there's violent crime and theft all around the area but none of the gates even lock and there's no cameras anywhere where it actually matters. Also there's a spa advertised on the website...but it's nowhere to be found. It really is all about profit for Chamberlain and NOT safety or quality. With pet fee and water it's now $1350 a month. Not worth it whatsoever.

Melissa the community manager at the office has to be the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to work with. She is rude, talks to residents like their stupid. The office closes randomly, the maintenance staff enters your apartment without giving you notice. The old Manager was great but the new one needs to check her attitude, and maybe treat people with respect. Im sure she won’t be around much longer. They can’t seem to hold on to mangers for very long.

It brings me sadness to write this review but I feel people should be aware of some things. I have lived here since September. When I first move in the place had dead bugs all over it to which I had to clean. I notified them and they said there was nothing they could do except get someone to spray the apartment. They couldn’t get a bug sprayer in there for over a week. The apartment still has bugs even though they have came and sprayed 2x. The apartment management is very unwilling to help with anything professional or personal. My boyfriend was out of town for work around the first of the month and gave me his credit card to pay his part of the rent. The portal online does not allow you to split the rent on separate cards. I explained that normally he pays rent and does a money order but his bank won’t allow me to get a money order since he isn’t present. So I asked the front desk if we could get a day extension (since he was gonna be home in a day) or pay another way, each separate seeing as i couldn’t afford the total cost myself. They refused to help in anyway. The other day my car battery died. I am a school teacher so I was off and it was about 10:30 am when I went to run errands so I didn’t see anyone around. I went to the apartment front desk for help and they wouldn’t even come help me jump my car. I asked if someone could just help me out and they said they couldn’t be liable for anything. I ended up asking one if the nice construction workers who helped me out right away. They won’t keep your packages or notify you of anything if they accidentally end up going to the front office. They have raised the rent since I have been there one time and it has only been 3 months. Apartments are cute and cozy but not worth it. Very disappointed in their unwillingness to help another human out not to mention someone who pays monthly to live there.

What you get for the price isn't bad, but I had the worst experience here. They did not have their pipes properly insulated so a pipe busted when I was out of town. The communication was terrible. I would of never know the pipe had busted if it wasn't for the sound on my security system. I heard a maintenance man talking about how severely flooded my place was. My neighbors hit our car and we couldn't enjoy our porch due to a strong weed smell. I could go on and on, but overall I will never come back or refer someone.
