I have lived here for many years. Few years in high school and came back in 2020. If I would have known coming back to this new company Graystar… they are SO AWFUL, I would have NEVER considered this as a livable place for us. If you have any type of maintenance or management needs, don’t even bother. They will take forever to respond or get to it The air in our apartments NEVER blows cold air out and when letting the office know, they say that’s the best the air is going to get. Won’t even attempt to come to our apartment/unit to check the pads or anything. Our washer has been out for OVER A MONTH and NOT ONE PERSON has came to check the problem. We were also told that there is prioritized work orders that need to get done, but I don’t think a months worth??? Also, majority of the amenities are out. We’re wasting our money on the gym and the main pool hasn’t even been open. I would definitely not recommend this as a place to live.

I have called Broadstone Ladera multiple times about this dog being left on the second floor balcony of one of their tenants. This poor puppy has been left outside in the cold during the winter and now during the hot summer evenings on multiple occasions and I can hear it’s loud screeching cries begging to be brought inside by it’s owners. The girl who I talked to did not sound like she cared at all when I told her about the issue and how it’s becoming a disruption to others however, she claimed that “someone will go walk around and check it out”. This unit is in building 'A' which is adjacent to my apartment complex 'Ladera Vista Apartments' with the brick wall dividing the two. This dog has no food or water and nowhere to relieve itself comfortably. The poor thing was licking it's own urine off the ground! I have already contacted the Animal Humane Society and will be reporting this complex to the City of Albuquerque. Please do something about this issue as it’s becoming a disturbance for other people who do not reside on your property.

decent apartments at a decent price, we have our own bathroom within each bedroom, small kitchen but plenty of living room/dining room space. would love to see better response times with maintenance as well as fixes that are promised by the office. i would love to also see better security as well as security cameras.

Been here 18 months. Told my husband, when we move out, at least one of us will leave on a gurney! This is our retirement home. Here til death us do depart. Great staff, office and maintenance. There is always room to improve. Broadstone Ladera Apartments give them a look before you rent. These buildings are concrete construction and very quiet.
